Because Reading Reform Foundation only charges the public schools 20% of its program costs, it must raise the other 80% from individuals, corporate, private and government sources. Funders range from Consolidated Edison to the New York City Council. Membership dues also help keep fees low for program activities. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You can help support Reading Reform Foundation in the following ways:

Who should become a member? Any teacher, tutor, parent or volunteer who wants to see that every child can learn to read because he or she is taught by a well-trained teacher.

Members are entitled to an annual newsletter and receive all mailings on Reading Reform Foundation events and activities. To become a member, download and print out the form below and mail it back to Reading Reform Foundation with payment. Click here to download a Membership Application Form.

Membership Levels:

Regular: $25 per year
Supporting: at $50 per year, or
Friend: $100 per year.
Special Sponsor: for $500 per year to sponsor one child in one of our classrooms.
